Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) and Street Self-Defense Course is the most renowned martial arts program in the world for real-life self-defense and true MMA training. This fun, safe and effective program is utilized by people from all walks of life, from everyday men and women interested in learning martial arts for self-defense, to Ultimate Fighting competitors, to Special Forces and Law Enforcement personnel.

Muay Thai

With its emphasis on cardio conditioning, our Muay Thai Course is the ultimate martial arts course in the striking aspects of combat. Drawing heavily on the techniques of Muay Thai, Boxing and Kickboxing, students learn the most effective ways to use knees, punches, kicks and elbows against an attacker. At the same time, each class is an intense cardio, flexibility and fat-burning workout covering valuable self-defense striking skills from standing and in a clinch.

Yoga

Enjoy invigorating, rejuvenating workouts with our Ashtanga and Power Yoga classes, and reap the therapeutic benefits of our Iyengar Yoga classes. You don't have to be a practicing martial artist to take advantage of Yoga's healing and wellness power. Our yoga program is open to anyone interested in increased flexibility, core strength and mind/body well-being.

Kids Program

Harris MMA and Fitness offers mixed martial arts classes to children ages 5 - 15 years old. We provide kids with essential training in:

The discipline and self-confidence that children acquire in our Kids MMA program helps them grow into well-rounded adults and empowers them to more effectively handle problems, including bullying. We acclimate kids to an active, healthy lifestyle, and build the character, self-esteem and interpersonal skills necessary for peaceful conflict resolution while stressing the importance of safety and cleanliness. Kids with character have powerful coping strategies for dealing with and resolving confrontations with peers, and kids with self-defense have powerful skills to deal with and resolve physical abuse.
